Home - Atelier de Hichte

At Atelier de Hichte we give several courses in a variety of fields. The name is derived from the Frisian word Hichte and means 'height', referring to the road we are located at, the Kleihoogt i.e. the clay height. Our studio can accomodate several groups at the same time, groups varying in size from 4 to to 24. There is no one size fits all and we can set up a special programme for each group.

Where 

We are located in the Randstad in the town of Lansingerland, somewhat north of Rotterdam. It is also situated close to Delft, Zoetermeer and The Hague. Getting to us is easy either by car, bike, or public transport. For more information see our page with address information.

We offer

A wide variety of courses, most prominently are our workshops in making chocolate bonbons, our mosaic workshops and our porcelain-painting workshops. These activities are well fit for any bachelorette party or just for a day out with the office. All these workshops can be given in English.

We also offer to accomodate birthday parties in which we have a workshop with the children. These workshops are e.g. chocolate and painting workshops and others.
